Mr. Becker is the founder and President of the American Real Estate Investors Institute, a company specializing in the education and mentoring of real estate investors throughout the Delaware Valley/ Tri-State Area (PA,Pa. He has participated as a lecturer and instructor for nearly 20 years and has become an exemplary trainer of trainers as well.

Mr. Becker has been a Philadelphia resident for over 50 years and a real estate investor for over 20 years.

The Institute teaches real estate investing through intensive primary training programs, mentoring, and specialized programs for investors who are interested in specific real estate strategies. These strategies include, but are not limited to, Sheriff Sales, Tax Sales, Foreclosures, Lease/Options, Rent To Own, Rehabssheriff sales, tax sales, foreclosures, lease options, rent to own, rehabs, and discounted Mortgages. The Institute is best known for its localized one-on-one training by mentors who are familiar with and understand the areas of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.

Mr. Becker has also been an instructor and guest lecturer at Temple and Drexel Universities, and has conducted classes in real estate investment at various community colleges in the Delaware Valley.

His specialty is Foreclosures, Estate Sales, Sheriff Sales, Lease/Option Strategies He specializes in foreclosures, estate sales, and sheriff sales and continues to be heavily involved in real estate investments, both to sell and rent. Bill has dealt with hundreds of properties with a portfolio consisting of large commercial properties and an active interest in residential properties.

Mr. Becker is the author of five real estate investment books and has recorded 18 educational and motivational audiotapes. He has been a guest speaker and instructor for other nationally known real estate investment programs and real estate investment clubs across America. He has also consulted for a worldwide company who recently contracted him to open up a major real estate investment office operation in Europe, whereby he spent six months, and as a result has successfully organized the entire United Kingdom. Mr. Becker has also been an instructor and guest lecturer at Temple and Drexel Universities, and has conducted classes in real estate investment at various community colleges in the Delaware Valley.

For nearly 20 years, Mr. Becker has taught or consulted with well over 10,000 students in the real estate investment field. Presently, he continues his own active real estate investing, and he provides his services as a coach, consultant, and mentor to other real estate investors through the American Real Estate Investors Institute.
