Roddy’s Foreclosure Listing Service, Inc. (FLS), is celebrating its 41st year of tracking foreclosure activity. The firm provides a variety of web based products including Foreclosure Posting Lists for both residential and commercial properties, Sheriff’s Sale Lists, REO/Auction Results Reports and Property Analyzer. Currently, the firm is covering thirteen counties in the North Texas and Central Texas regions. Although Mr. Roddy is often quoted in newspaper articles and appears as a guest speaker at select real estate investment forums, it was almost a decade ago when he began sharing his insight and years of experience with investors by teaching an education workshop called “How to Buy Foreclosure Properties.” And recently, he has added two new courses titled “Real Estate Investing 101” and “Real Estate Flipping” to the firm’s educational curriculum. |
