Greg Dorriety's Biography

William Gregory Dorriety (Greg) graduated from Auburn University in 1984 with a B.S. Degree in Chemical Engineering. Greg started with Measurex Systems as a process control manager and graduated through the ranks of corporate America to Director of North America for Honeywell Systems and General Electric when they purchased Measurex Systems. Greg has been responsible for many large accounts such as: Eastman Kodak, International Paper, Georgia Pacific, Kimberly Clark, Ford Motor Company, General Motors, ADM, etc.

Greg and his wife Donna are now a full time real estate investors. They invest in pre-foreclosure homes, homes in bankruptcy, foreclosed homes, new construction homes, "junkers", rentals, mobile homes, and also do a fair amount of "subject to" homes. While Greg pursues other investments such as private lending, the stock market, insurance and estate planning his favorite wealth builder is single family homes.

Greg and Donna have lived in Houston, Texas and now reside in Fairhope, Alabama where they do a phenomenal real estate investment business, primarily in the market properties in bankruptcies. They enjoy real estate seminars, self-education, reading, travel, and most of all, real estate investing.
