Louis has been buying real estate since he was a teenager! A full time investor since 1984, he owns, rehabilitates and manages apartments, single family homes, buys and brokers loans and discounted mortgages. In addition to private consulting, he teaches seminars and has authored courses, books and tapes on how to make money and keep it.

He is past President and a lifetime member of Georgia Real Estate Investors Association. He was founding President of the National Real Estate Investors Association. He has been quoted by "The Wall Street Journal" and "Smart Money" Magazine, among others, as an expert in real estate investing, managing and financing. He firmly believes that the path to success is through ongoing education and he invests thousands of dollars annually in his own education.
